About Us The Illinois Valley Two-Cylinder Club based primarily in Central Illinois was organized by a group of antique tractor lovers on April 7, 1989. The purpose of this Club is to promote the interest of the public in the preservation and restoration of antique tractors, particularly the JOHN DEERE Two-cylinder Models, their accessories, lore, literature and memorabilia. The club meetings are held at 7:30 P.M. on the first Friday in the months of March, April, June, July, August, and September. We have approximately 120 families on the club membership roll at the present time. Members have regularly exhibited theirs tractors and implements at the Two-Cylinder Days, which is held the first weekend in August on odd numbered years at the John Deere Historic Site in Grand Detour, Il. |
